Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sips, Stitches & Sass! Because our products are custom-made specifically for you, our processing and shipping times are a little different than a standard retail store. Here is everything you need to know about when to expect your order.

Order Processing & Production Times

  • Made to Order: To ensure the highest quality, every item in our store is printed on demand just for you once your order is placed.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2-5 business days for your items to be processed, printed, and packed for shipping. (Please note: During peak holiday seasons, production times may be slightly extended).

Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has finished production and leaves the facility, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard US Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • International Shipping: 10-30 business days (depending on the destination and local customs processing).

Note: These shipping times are estimates and do not include the initial 2-5 business day production window.

Multiple Shipments

We partner with top-tier print providers to bring you a variety of items. If your order contains different types of products (for example, a t-shirt and a mug), they may be printed at different facilities. This means your items might ship separately and arrive in different packages on different days.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier's system to update with the tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Because orders are routed to our print providers quickly, we are unable to change the shipping address once an order goes into production. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once it arrives in your country. Sips, Stitches & Sass is not responsible for these additional charges, and they are the sole responsibility of the customer.
